SEO Case Study
A three-year SEO partnership that grew a Houston residential cleaning company into a search property spanning local, category, and national demand.
Maid Zen is a residential cleaning company serving the Houston suburbs of Kingwood, Porter, Atascocita, Humble, and Spring. When the engagement began, the website was a small local footprint: roughly 422 sessions a month, only about 150 of them from organic search. The brand was competing for attention against national cleaning franchises and a crowded field of local operators, with limited organic visibility and a site that was not built to convert visitors into booked jobs.
The goal was not a one-time bump. It was to build a durable organic asset that would keep compounding, month after month, year after year.
Rather than chase quick wins, we ran a sustained, compounding SEO program built on a few reinforcing pillars:
Over three years, a modest local site grew into a regional organic engine. Traffic, visibility, and leads all climbed together.
By the later stages of the engagement the site was ranking for 11,550 keywords and pulling more than 224,000 search impressions a month, while holding top local positions across the Houston suburbs it serves. Just as important, the growth was steady and retained: this was a multi-year partnership, not a spike.
Results reflect Google Analytics and Google Search Console data across the engagement. Analytics platforms transitioned from Universal Analytics to GA4 during this period; figures are drawn from the corresponding reporting for each phase.
