Nightmoves is a nightlife concept I developed and produced over the span of two years. The genesis of the project was formulated during 2012 when I was putting on shows and working in an office in Austin’s Eastside.

With a heavy concentration of clubs and venues, I quickly realized that one could easily curate a night of shows, cocktails, beers, and more while on a bicycle. So I began writing weekly articles for Friday nights in and around the area, at first only intending to share with friends.

Eventually the concept grew, and it warranted a site of its own, so I customized a new Nightmovesatx.com site to reflect the lo-fi nature and bizzare, blunt tone of the column.
